Plans change, and we get it. That is why rescheduling your Solver Academy virtual training is always free. Here is everything you need to know about changing your enrollment, sending a colleague in your place, how we handle schedule changes, and how refunds work.

  • Cancel less than 3 business days before class for a refund minus a $50 administrative fee, or reschedule for free.

  • No-show? Your registration becomes a credit for a future class, good for 12 months.

How Do I Cancel or Postpone a Solver Academy Training Class?

You can cancel or reschedule your enrollment in any Solver Academy virtual training class. Here is how it works based on when you let us know:

We just ask that you let us know as early as possible so another customer can take your seat.

Can I Send a Colleague in My Place?

Yes. If you cannot attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge, at any time before class. Just email us their name and email address.

What Happens If I Am a No-Show?

If you do not attend and did not cancel in advance, your registration becomes a credit you can use toward a future Solver Academy training class within 12 months.

Can Solver Change or Cancel a Scheduled Class?

Occasionally, yes. Class schedules can change without notice based on attendance, and in most cases a class needs at least five students to run. If we need to cancel a virtual class, we will do so no later than 3 days before it starts, and you can join a future session or get a full refund.
