Does Solver Academy charge a fee to cancel?

Cancel 3 or more business days before class for a full refund. If you cancel less than 3 business days before class, a $50 administrative fee applies. Rescheduling is always free.

What counts as a business day?

Business days are Monday through Friday, not including bank holidays.

How do I cancel or request a refund?

Email training@solverglobal.com with your name, the class name and the class date. The sooner you let us know, the sooner we can offer your seat to another customer.

What happens if I miss my class?

If you do not attend, your registration becomes a credit toward a future Solver Academy class, valid for 12 months.

Can Solver cancel a class?

Classes require a minimum of five students. If Solver needs to cancel a class, notice is provided no later than 3 days before the start date.

Is Solver Academy training online?

All Solver Academy classes are live, instructor-led virtual sessions on Solver FP&A software, so there is no travel required.

How Do I Cancel or Postpone a Solver Academy Training Class?

You can cancel or reschedule your enrollment in any Solver Academy virtual training class. Here is how it works based on when you let us know:

If you do not attend and did not cancel in advance, your registration becomes a credit you can use toward a future Solver Academy training class within 12 months.

Can Solver Change or Cancel a Scheduled Class?

Occasionally, yes. Class schedules can change without notice based on attendance, and in most cases a class needs at least five students to run. If we need to cancel a virtual class, we will do so no later than 3 days before it starts, and you can join a future session or get a full refund.
