The Solution
Working with Solver and technology partner Kaits Consulting Group S.A.C., Tramarsa built a data warehouse combining operational and financial data, custom reports and budget forms in Excel, and a web portal for organization-wide access to key reports.
The Result
Solver centralized Tramarsa's reporting data, reducing manual report-building and freeing leaders to focus on analyzing results. Automated P&L forecast forms now capture key data points, helping the company evaluate budget and forecast against actual performance.
