Caloundra RSL ran SAP Business One with Crystal Reports, but the original implementation had accounts hard-coded directly into the reports. Adding new accounts or building comparative reports meant relying on manual Excel workarounds, since the finance team couldn't design their own reports.
The Solution
Caloundra RSL's technology partner recommended Solver, having already implemented it successfully for other clients and knowing it integrated natively with SAP Business One. Solver's Data Warehouse also let Caloundra RSL combine data from two companies into one consolidated view for management.
The Result
Reporting times have dropped, and the finance team no longer compiles extra spreadsheets or double-checks old Crystal Reports for missed accounts. Caloundra RSL now shares data with its board and management more easily, and handles most troubleshooting internally instead of waiting on an outside consultant.
