Each country and business area at Bring maintained its own budget model in locally managed Excel spreadsheets. A corporate budget manager had to manually gather, link, and consolidate every version into one global budget, creating major risk for error.
The Solution
Bring selected Solver for its Excel-based interface, letting local managers keep working in a familiar environment while reusing existing budget logic. Solver’s centralized database, built for its Microsoft Dynamics NAV environment, replaced the spreadsheet version chaos with one controlled model.
The Result
Bring’s budget process is now simpler, more secure, and faster. Controllers have a new level of visibility into budget status throughout the process, and consolidating dozens of local models now happens with the push of a button.
