What is a Forecast by Client and Consultant? Consultant Forecasting and Budgeting Models are considered revenue estimate- and resource planning tools and are used by Budgeting Managers and project leaders to enter forecasted hours by client and consultant for the remainder of the year. Some of the main functionality in this type of input form is that it gives consulting managers a online, database-driven template to input hourly estimates.
