What to Bring for Solver ASCEND
Huntington Beach in August enjoys moderate warm weather, with an average high of 79°F (26°C) and a low of 64°F (18°C). Here are some items you won’t want to forget.
- Sweater for inside the session rooms or at night
- Comfortable shoes
- Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen for outdoors and soaking up the sun
- Electronics including laptops, chargers, and adapters
- Workout outfit for a walk on the beach or the fitness center that is complimentary to guests

- Getting to Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach
For attendees flying in, the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach is located about 13 miles from John Wayne Airport (SNA) and 17 miles from Long Beach Airport (LGB). From the airport, you can rent a car, grab an Uber, Lyft or taxi.
For those driving in, you can enjoy the beachside scenery on your way to the hotel, which is situated on Pacific Coast Highway (CA-1). Be sure you take note of the directions you use as there are a few toll roads in the area.

The Solver ASCEND Americas Event App provides updated event information, helps you build your personal agenda and allows you to provide session and event surveys. Here’s how to access the mobile app:
- Download the “CVENT Events” App.

Navigating Solver ASCEND Americas 2025
The Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach plays host to Solver ASCEND Americas 2025. This grand resort situates hotel rooms at one end and meeting spaces at the opposite. Most ASCEND activities will be located in the Grand Ballroom area of the conference center. Access the mobile app for the event schedule and a detailed map of event locations.
Key Events and Features:
- Registration: Opens Sunday, August 10 at 4:00 PM and daily at 7:00 AM thereafter.
- Training Classes: Monday and Tuesday in various Grand Ballroom salons. Participants should arrive early to set up the provided laptops and receive their training guide.
- Partner Roundtable and Sessions: Grand Ballroom Salon G.
- Meals: Lighthouse Courtyard, except Wednesday's Keynote breakfast and Thursday’s Closing lunch, both will be located in Grand Ballroom Salon D. Wednesdays lunch will be sponsored by Enavate.
- Welcome Reception: Tuesday evening in the Lighthouse Courtyard (RSVP and badge required). This will be sponsored by Schneider Downs. Make sure to stop by and try their signature drink the "SD Digital AIvolution" which includes Tito's Handmade Vodka, fresh lime juice, agave nectar and ginger beer.

Play to win with ASCEND's Treasure Map Game
Follow the ASCEND treasure map to visit different ASCEND sites. Perform activities at each of the stations to collect prizes. Complete all tasks on Customer Success Isle to be entered into a mini-drawing. Complete all tasks on the map to be entered for a bigger prize drawing. Winners will be announced during Lunch and Closing Remarks on Thursday.
Earn up to 28.5 CPE Credits at ASCEND 2025
Solver is NASBA-certified to provide CPE credits for attending sessions at ASCEND. Credits are awarded in two phases during the conference. Attend Monday and Tuesday training classes to earn a portion of the credits. CPE certificates will be issued upon completion of a post-event training class survey. The remaining credits can be earned by attending Wednesday and Thursday breakout sessions and completing the post-event conference survey.
