Who Should Attend? 
ASCEND is ideal for accounting, finance, and business professionals who use Solver, as well as Solver Partners involved in sales, marketing, or implementation. 

Registration 

When does registration open? 
Registration is open now and will remain available until the event date. 

Can I register for someone else or a group? 
Yes, you can register on behalf of another person and add multiple attendees using the 'Add Group Member' option to qualify for group discounts. 

What is the cost to attend? 
Pricing varies based on ticket type, registration date, and group size. Group discounts apply after Super Early Bird pricing ends. 

Sessions & Activities 

Training (Aug 17–18): Across two days, attendees can participate in ten immersive, full-day training sessions led by Solver experts. These sessions are eligible for CPE credits. You may rent a laptop for $150 or bring your own, and training guides will be provided. 

Partner Sessions (Aug 17–18): These include implementation training, business impact breakouts, and a marketing track for Solver Partners. 

Breakout Sessions (Aug 19–20): There will be over 40 sessions across various tracks including Advanced Reporting, Solver Basics, Strategic Planning, Data Warehouse Administration, Extending Solver, and Solver Showcase. 

Interactive Stations (Aug 18–20): Attendees can participate in 30-minute one-on-one consultant meetings, share feature ideas on the Product Wish Board, provide feedback through a 15-minute self-paced Product Review, and record responses to preset questions in the Video Booth. 

Attendance Options 

Can I attend just one day? 
Yes, but the two-day conference fee applies. 

Can my spouse or children attend? 
Children are not permitted. One adult guest per attendee may join networking events with a $399 Guest Pass. 

What’s included in a Guest Pass? 
Guest Pass holders can attend the Tuesday Welcome Reception and Wednesday Happy Hour. 

Meals & Dietary Needs 

Are meals included? 
Yes, meals and beverage breaks are provided based on your ticket days. Hotel guests also receive a complimentary breakfast. 

Daily Meal Highlights: 
Monday includes lunch. 
Tuesday includes lunch, a Partner cocktail reception (Partners only), and a Welcome Reception. 
Wednesday includes lunch and Happy Hour. 
Thursday includes lunch during the closing session. 

How do I let you know if I have dietary restrictions? 
Specify any dietary restrictions during registration or email ascend@solverglobal.com. 

Hotel & Travel 

How do I book my hotel? 
Book via the ASCEND registration confirmation email to access the discounted rate. Rates start at $299/night, valid until July 30, 2026. 

What hotel amenities are included with my reservation? 
Guests receive complimentary breakfast, free guest room Wi-Fi, and access to the fitness center and indoor pool. 

Is parking available? 
Valet parking is available at a rate of $65 per night. Please note that self-parking is not offered, and there are no electric vehicle charging stations. 

What airports are nearby? 
Nashville Airport is 8 miles away, and John C. Tune Airport is 9 miles away. 

What is the hotel cancellation policy? 
Cancel at least 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night fee.

Will there be an event app? 
Yes, the ASCEND mobile app includes the full agenda, personal schedule, notifications, session ratings, hotel floor map, and more. 

Can I change my session selections? 
Yes, log in to your registration to modify sessions anytime. 

CPE Credits 

How do I get my CPE credits? 
Training Days (Mon–Tue): Instructors will provide a survey link with CPE credit options. 

Partner & Customer Days: A post-event survey will include a CPE request form. 

Cancellations & Transfers 

Can I transfer my registration? 
Yes, email ascend@solverglobal.com before August 17, 2026. 

What is the event cancellation policy? 
Cancel before June 15 for a full refund minus a $50 fee. Cancel between June 15 and July 12 for a $100 fee. Cancel between July 13 and July 31 for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after August 1. 

What if Solver cancels ASCEND? 
If ASCEND is canceled, Solver will attempt to reschedule or offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. 

Additional Info 

What is the dress code? 
Casual to business casual. Bring a sweater or jacket for cooler indoor temperatures. 

What is the expected weather in Nashville? 
Expect clear skies with temperatures between 68°F and 89°F. 

Do I need a laptop for Monday-Tuesday training? 
You can bring your own if it meets Solver’s system requirements or rent one for $150. You can order your laptop rental through the registration process.
