Yes, you can register on behalf of another person and add multiple attendees using the 'Add Group Member' option to qualify for group discounts.

Pricing varies based on ticket type, registration date, and group size. Group discounts apply after Super Early Bird pricing ends.

Training (Aug 17–18): Across two days, attendees can participate in ten immersive, full-day training sessions led by Solver experts. These sessions are eligible for CPE credits. You may rent a laptop for $150 or bring your own, and training guides will be provided.

Partner Sessions (Aug 17–18): These include implementation training, business impact breakouts, and a marketing track for Solver Partners.

Breakout Sessions (Aug 19–20): There will be over 40 sessions across various tracks including Advanced Reporting, Solver Basics, Strategic Planning, Data Warehouse Administration, Extending Solver, and Solver Showcase.

Interactive Stations (Aug 18–20): Attendees can participate in 30-minute one-on-one consultant meetings, share feature ideas on the Product Wish Board, provide feedback through a 15-minute self-paced Product Review, and record responses to preset questions in the Video Booth.

Yes. You can earn up to 28.5 CPE credits by attending all four days for the event.

Training Days (Mon–Tue): Instructors will provide a survey link with CPE credit.

Partner & Customer Days: A post-event survey will include a CPE request form.

Yes, but the two-day conference fee applies. 

Children are not permitted. One adult guest per attendee may join networking events with a $399 Guest Pass. 

Guest Pass holders can attend the Tuesday Welcome Reception and Wednesday Happy Hour. 

Yes, meals and beverage breaks are provided based on your ticket days. Hotel guests also receive a complimentary breakfast as part of their hotel stay. 

• Monday includes lunch.
• Tuesday includes lunch, a Partner cocktail reception (Partners only), and a Welcome Reception.
• Wednesday includes lunch and Happy Hour.
• Thursday includes lunch during the closing session.

Cancel before June 15 for a full refund minus a $50 fee. Cancel between June 15 and July 12 for a $100 fee. Cancel between July 13 and July 31 for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after August 1.

If ASCEND is canceled, Solver will attempt to reschedule or offer refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Casual to business casual. Bring a sweater or jacket for cooler indoor temperatures.

You can bring your own if it meets Solver’s system requirements or rent one for $150. You can order your laptop rental through the registration process.
