Solver Africa Providing Dynamic DNA Adopt-a-Learner Internship in Summer 2018
S. AFRICA – May 17, 2018 – Solver, the global leader in Cloud and web-based Corporate Performance Management (CPM) for mid-market businesses, today announced their participation in Dynamic DNA’s Adopt-a-Learner internship and mentorship program. Dynamic DNA is a 51% black female owned and B-BBEE Level 2 Accredited Learnership Training Academy, founded in 2013.
Dynamic DNA’s purpose is to bridge the scarcity gap in the ICT sector by developing learners from underprivileged and disadvantaged backgrounds. These learners are developed to be industry relevant by the end of their Learnerships. During the Learnership period, they are exposed to industry mentorship, theoretical classes, practical projects, business skills and soft skills. This is made possible by partnering with different stakeholders, like Solver, that can add value to the job readiness of the learners.
Solver Africa is partnering with Dynamic DNA to provide the learning and job skills training for an intern. The Solver Africa team is excited to drive employability and sustainability of young people in the technology sector, developing a professional IT graduate through a blended approach of theoretical training and work-based experience.
