We moved from Excel-based budgeting to Web Budgeting this year and, for the most part, were pleased. We did encounter performance issues that were somewhat rectified by creating a script that runs overnight to delete all records from HistoryItems table in OSR_Repository database on SQL server (based on this KB article: https://support.solverglobal.com/index. ... eout-error).
We still continue to have issues if we are making multiple changes to different cost centers, as each budget "save" creates a new version of the report. The more versions we create, the more often IE crashes and we need to exit and log back into the system.
Is there a way to disable the report versions feature or set a maximum number of versions to keep as a way to resolve this issue?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
