LOS ANGELES, CA. — January 15, 2019 — Solver, the global leader in cloud Corporate Performance Management (CPM) for mid-market ERP systems, today announced a record number of BI360 Cloud deals in 2018, contributing to Solver’s overall growth and role as a leading provider of cloud-based business intelligence tools. Both BI360 Cloud and Private Host deals, along with new product releases and an expanding international presence, distinguish the last quarter of 2018 as Solver’s most promising yet. Solver views the positive trends not only in number of deals, but also in the use of its self-guided support resources and presence in new industries, as a testament to the merits of BI360.
Throughout the year, Solver increased its number of Cloud deals from mostly new business, as well as current customers upgrading from BI360 on-premise installations. The trend in Cloud deals in 2018 lays the groundwork for further rapid expansion in the Cloud market. “We are very excited to see the overwhelming acceptance of our BI360 multi-tenant cloud solution in the mid-market”, says Nils Rasmussen, CEO at Solver.
The release of several major product updates and integrations significantly factored into 2018’s Q4 growth, as well as poised Solver and BI360 for future growth. While BI360 Cloud continues to increase in users, Solver released BI360 Private Host 5.0 upgrade in Q4, offering on-premise users a fully web and internet enabled BI360 budgeting and reporting experience. In addition to a product upgrade, Solver also released its SAP Business One for Hana integration, further simplifying management processes for SAP users while enhancing its relationship with SAP. In December, Solver produced more deals with SAP Business One and Microsoft Dynamics 365 than in any other period in its history. The last quarter of 2018 also included the beta release of BI360’s Power BI connector, allowing users to retrieve data from BI360 Cloud to Power BI in a few clicks. Overall, Q4 of 2018 not only focused on growing the number of BI360 users, but growing BI360 as the top CPM tool for midmarket ERP systems.
Additionally, Solver reached multiple milestones in terms of its international presence. From the nascent Solver Mexico finalizing its first BI360 Cloud deal, to expanding BI360 Cloud to Europe with opening the Microsoft Azure Data Center in Ireland, Solver has seen significant success in serving international BI360 users. Finally, Solver has also diversified the types of industries BI360 serves. While Non Profit and Healthcare remain top industries, Solver has found a rising number of BI360 customers in Distribution and other industries as well.
The last quarter of 2018 proved to be exceptionally productive for Solver. On both the user side and organization side, Solver experienced growth in several key ways, the most notable of which being the number of BI360 Cloud users. The success achieved in Q4 of 2018 has put Solver in a position to continue leading the industry into 2019.
