Listen and Learn from Your Peers and Enjoy the Resort at Focus 2016
This year, Focus 2016, August 22-25, 2016, Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines, San Diego, CA gives customers more ways to share their own BI360 stories with the community. Attendees can ask questions and gain valuable tips and insights from the people who have lived through the challenges and successes of a BI360 implementation during extended Customer Showcases and Panel Discussions. Then, attendees can enjoy the amenities of the resort with their colleagues while having candid dialogs during various networking activities.
Extended Customer Showcases
In prior Focus events, Solver created 20-minute Customer Showcase presentations, giving attendees a taste of real-world experiences. This year, we’ve extended that time to 45 minutes to give presenting customers and session attendees a chance to drill down further into the details of the customer’s story, thus allowing attendees more opportunities to ask questions and gather ideas they can try in their own organizations. This year’s featured customers and their scheduled sessions are below:
Wednesday, August 24 – 10:45 – 11:30 AM
BI360 – A Corporate Warehouse Solution
Presented by Chris Stratton, Agspring
This Customer Showcase presentation will describe how Agspring transformed themselves from a group who was reporting on the past to one who was looking at real time and future trends.
Thursday, August 25 – 11:15 AM – 12:00 Noon
Implementing Business Intelligence with BI360
Presented by Jeff Hintz, Progressive Components
This Customer Showcase presentation will be an open discussion about how to build and integrate a business intelligence platform, including BI360.
Panel Discussions
Focus 2016 will include three general sessions that bring together several of your peers to answer questions about their BI360 experiences. It’s unedited and uncensored, so attendees will get the real story. Panel discussions will be held during the following times:
Tuesday, August 23 – 1:30 – 2:15 PM: FOR PARTNERS ONLY
How to Grow Your BI360 Practice
Moderated by Tracy Rich, Solver
This panel discussion will share tips from top performing partners on how to grow a BI360 business.
Wednesday, August 24 and Thursday, August 25 – 1:30 – 2:15 PM

Hear from fellow BI360 users and fellow integrators as they share their BI360 project experiences—the challenges and the successes—with their fellow attendees. Session topics and participating companies to come.
Partner and Customer Awards
Discover which of Solver’s Partners and Customers will be named best-of-breed in various categories during the Annual BI360 Awards Banquet. Held Wednesday, August 24 from 7:30 – 9:30 PM during Focus 2016, attendees will be the first to learn who has won one of 20 awards and have a chance to speak with them afterwards. Award categories include:
Customers: Customer of the Year by ERP, Trailblazer Innovation, BI360 Warrior, and Customer Evangelist, International Customer of the Year, U.S. Customer of the Year
