BI360 User Conference – Look Out Surf City USA, Here We Come!

What to Expect Plus Tips to Help You Take Advantage of All Focus 2018 Has to Offer

If you haven’t already registered to attend Focus 2018 (www.solverglobal.com/focus) on August 27 – 30, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa, then what are you waiting for? Yes. It might be held one week later than years past, but Focus will bring together BI360 experts, partners and users from around the world to capture those last moments of summer in one of the top California beach towns around. Many come just to experience what they fondly call a “BI360 community reunion,” reacquainting themselves with old colleagues, making new contacts, and enjoying each other’s company while gaining valuable information to optimize their use of BI360. Still unsure about attending? Read on to learn about the exciting things that could be in store for you.

In need of intensive BI360 training? You’ll find just that at Focus 2018. Once again, the event will kick off Monday (08/27) and Tuesday (08/28) with two-day training sessions offered in three different skill levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Each session will be taught by a team of BI360 experts who will help you navigate various BI360 modules, as well as, provide you with work hacks to streamline your business processes even more. But to take advantage of one of these sessions, it’s best to register early. There are a limited number of seats available and these sessions have been highly popular since they were first introduced, selling out as early as a month in advance.

BI360 Partners will have a chance to learn more about the new products, services and other offerings that Solver has put together. Partner Day, held on Tuesday (08/28), has a completely new format for all to enjoy. Sessions are designed to focus on different aspects of running a BI360 business from building a consulting team, growing your BI360 sales, designing an effective marketing program, and glimpsing what the future holds for BI360.

If networking is high on your list of must-dos, then you’ll enjoy the first of the events’ biggest networking opportunities, the Welcome Reception, held Tuesday night (08/28). In keeping with the flavor of the locale and the wonderful California summer weather, the reception will be held outdoors and beach-themed with lively music delivered by Solver’s own resident DJ, Nick Del Rosso. Other networking activities to attend include Wednesday evening sports and fun, with the following activities still in the planning stages: beach volleyball for up to 100 players, yoga and bar trivia. There is also the Customer and Partner Awards Banquet, and last year’s big hit, casino night. But remember, to attend any of these networking events, you must be sure to RSVP to each activity.

Now we get to the heart of the event: the Customer Conference held Wednesday (08/29) and Thursday (08/30). During these days, partners and customers will have a chance to learn tips, tricks and how-tos related to different aspects of BI360. Emphasis will be on the recently released cloud-based solution and the 5.0 on-premise option.

Attendees can also expect to see more hands-on workshops and demos in addition to traditional presentations. Conference attendees will also want to reserve time to sit in on Thursday’s (08/30) dynamic keynote from author and highly acclaimed Hall of Fame Speaker, Steve Gilliland, as he shares his own stories and insights into world-class decision making.

On top of all the sessions planned, attendees will also find opportunities to fix issues, get hands-on practice time, and even meet with solution integrators—each element focused on helping maximize your BI360 investment. A hands-on lab will be available for those interested in self-guided practice sessions of various BI360 features and functions. And for those who need help troubleshooting an issue, there will be a fully-staffed tech support room for one-on-one assistance. And if you’re interested in speaking in depth about ERPs or VARs that have special integrations or work in tandem with BI360, then be sure to stop by the sponsor tables or take in their speaking sessions, held in either a session room or in the Reboot Lounge. Sponsors who, thus far, have already committed to being there include Acumatica, Altec, Kwiktag, Microsoft, Papersave, SAP, and Paramount WorkPlace.

The knowledge sharing will be invaluable and the camaraderie will be a wonderful experience. But if you’re still hesitating to register, let me just give you a few more parting thoughts. Attendees can earn up to 24.4 CPE credits when they participate in the two-day training and customer conference. What’s more? Many customers will be sharing their own BI360 stories and offering ideas that you can then apply to your own BI360 situation. Not to mention, all this occurs in one of the most famous seaside cities around, Huntington Beach, made famous in several surf songs, Surf City, Surfin’ Safari and in Surfer Joe. It’s a glimpse into the ultimate California lifestyle experience that epitomizes the surf culture, and where professional sports contests like the U.S Open of Surfing, and the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball are held.

Don’t think about it. Do it. Register now for Focus 2018. Special discounts are still available if you hurry. And just maybe, I’ll see you there!
